Using ingredients that are fresh and readily available has always been at the centre of Lesley's cooking philosophy. You will cook an exciting range of dishes before sitting down to an intimate lunch to enjoy the fruits of your labour. A relaxed and sociable day, perfect for anyone who simply loves good food.
Dishes may include:
Slow roast mustard beef with mushroom and blue vinney suet pudding
Lentil and ham hock pie
Persian rice with spiced buttered chicken and with coconut gravy
Provencial fish stew with rouille
Alpine pasta gratin
Hot citrus trifle
Apple and date strudel with rosemary custard
10.30am - 4pm
