Fussels rapeseed oil is fantastic for lots of reasons. Firstly it is a healthier oil option with half the saturated fats of olive oil, about 10 x and 3x the levels of the important fatty acids Omega 3 and 6 compared to Olive oil. Somerset farmer Andy Fussell started producing his Rapeseed Oil four years ago when he set up Fussels Fine Foods. Andy ensures all the goodness and natural flavours of the oil are preserved by cold pressing his rapeseed just once – nothing is added.
