Delivery Information

Delivery of in stock items will normally be within 5 working days. Items will be sent using Parcel Force service.

Retail purchases are subject to distance selling regulations and so if you change your mind you will have 7 days to notify us that you wish to cancel your order. Return postage expenses will be the responsibility of the purchaser returning the goods.

Class bookings are exempt from these regulations and instead are subject to the schools cancellation policy.
