COURSES
CANCELLATION POLICY Once purchased, if the booking is cancelled we will do our best to accommodate on an alternative day. Bookings can be transferred to another date but will be subject to a £10 rebooking fee. Should you wish to cancel within 14-28 days of your course date, 50% of your fee will be forfeited. If you cancel less than 14 days before your course date, the full fee will be forfeited. Refunds will be given in the form of gift vouchers. This policy also applies to bookings made using a gift voucher and will be applied upon re-booking.
We reserve the right to cancel and change dates as necessary.
MINORS ATTENDING CLASSES Unless specifically stated the courses are not suitable for under 16s.
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS Please notify us of any specific dietary requirements that you have and we will do our best to accommodate you. However we cannot guarantee that our classes are suitable for food allergy sufferers.
RATES Prices are correct at the time of going to press but we reserve the right to change prices at any time.
ILLNESS In the event of an illness (or family illness) preventing your attendance, Lesley Waters Cookery School will require documentary evidence to decide, at its discretion where it can be flexible with the cancellation policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If this is less than one week before the event – no refund or transfer.
If this is more than one week but less than four weeks before the event – if possible the places/event will be released for sale and if re-sold Lesley Waters Cookery School will issue vouchers or a transfer to another event of the same value. This is subject to an administration fee of £10.
We reserve the right to cancel and change dates as necessary.
LW MEMBERS CLUB
Guests attending courses and events will automatically be included in the LW Members Club.
Guests may choose not to be included in the LW Members Club by emailing info@lesleywaters.com
£25 off can only be used against all full priced hands on days using voucher code MEMBERS25 (i.e. pop up afternoon teas, lunches, dinners and demonstration days are excluded)
£25 off may not be used in combination with any other offer or discounts.
Members details will not be shared with 3rd parties under any circumstances.
The Lesley Waters Cookery School reserves the right to cancel or rearrange any events for the LW Members Club as necessary.

When booking a course or placing an order on our website or over the telephone, we collect:
Your name, phone number, email address, postal address (for vouchers), billing address, attendees name, whether you have attended the school before and any special dietary requirements that you may have. – We use this information purely to process your booking and payment and to communicate with you regarding your booking. For example to confirm your order and remind you that you have a course approaching. This is never posted publically on our site.
We may also send you occasional newsletters with offers and invitations to various complimentary events related to the cookery school. If you wish to stop receiving these newsletters you can do so at any time, by contacting us at info@lesleywaters.com or unsubscribing from the newsletters via the link that is provided.
We may also ask for ratings and reviews of services or products.
When booking a course you are entitled to become a LW member which entitles you to a £25 discount on future hands on bookings and complimentary events throughout the year. You must request to be made a member. You may request to be removed from the LW members club at any time.
How we share information:
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may, however, disclose information about you to the following, for the express purposes set out below:
If you place an order online or by telephone:
To our employees for them to administer and execute orders that you place and to provide support services in connection with the order;
To our payment processor so that we can determine whether or not to accept your order. In particular, our payment processor will check the contact and card details you have given against details held by your card issuer to ensure the payment details given are correct. If there is any anomaly with the details that you have provided, then our payment processor may keep a record of the use of that card for the purpose of future security checks. This helps to protect you and us against fraudulent transactions.
How do we protect your information?
Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible.
We use regular Malware Scanning.
