My daughter Emily is at university and also cooks, but it was great for her to see (and feel and taste) how easy cooking good food from fresh is. Lesley’s food is very accessible and her years of teaching experience puts you at your ease while you produce food you would not have believed you could. Better than that even, you get to eat Lesley’s and your food in the gorgeous dining room. Better days there may be, but they are few indeed."
