Our LW Workshops are available for group bookings of between 8 and 14 people.
You will spend a fabulous 3 hour session at Abbot’s Hill. A combination of Hands on Cookery and Demonstration style courses where Lesley will teach you a new skill or specialist dish, with several variations to each dish.
Our LW Workshops include:
Souffle's
Lesley will show you how to make a perfect soufflé omelette, a cheats soufflé - perfect for dinner parties, and a sweet soufflé.
Filleting Fish
Lesley will teach guests how to fillet a flat and round fish. Guest will then cook a classic sole meuniere and watch while Lesley demonstrates another inspiring fish dish.
Pasta Making
Have you had a pasta machine lurking in your cupboard for years, and never known how to use it properly to create beautiful home made fresh pasta? Combining both hands on cookery and demonstrations, Lesley will teach you how to make wonderful pasta dishes.
Tapas
A gorgeous NEW course where Lesley will teach you how to make some fabulous tapas. A mixture of hands on cooking and demonstrations - you will learn to make some beautiful sharing plates for those summer evenings.
Canapes
Come and learn how to make some of Lesley's favourite canapés and party treats, ready for the summer party season.
LW Workshops start at 11.30am and run until 2.30pm approx, or from 6.30pm - 9.30pm. The price includes all food and a full recipe pack - £85 per person. There are a minimum of 8 places and maximum of 14 places available.
