An exclusive opportunity to spend the day with Lesley, cooking her favourite seasonal spring dishes. This is seasonal cooking at it's best.
You will be in an exclusive group of no more than 4 guests and will be able to get up close and personal with Lesley. This day would suit small family groups or groups of friends wishing to spend some quality time together whilst learning new skills. Also small corporate groups can be accommodated.
Using ingredients that are fresh and readily available has always been at the centre of Lesley's cooking philosophy. You will cook an exciting range of dishes before sitting down to an intimate lunch to enjoy the fruits of your labour. A relaxed and sociable day, perfect for anyone who simply loves good food.
