MEDIEVAL SPANISH STYLE CHICKEN (WITH TOUCH OF BITTER CHOCOLATE, ALMONDS, WINE AND GARLIC)
SPANISH TORTILLA WITH CHORIZO AND TOMATO DRESSING
FIDEUA PEALLA
PROVENCALE STUFFED SQUID WITH POTATO AND OLIVE CRUSH
TUNA, OLIVE AND ONION FLAT EMPANADA
SPINACH, RAISIN, PINENUT AND MAHON CHEESE MINI EMPANADAS
ORANGE CATALONIAN CUSTARD
SPANISH OLIVE OIL CAKE WITH LEMON THYME AND ALMONDS, SERVED WITH HONEYED FIGS
