Rustic Kitchen Hands on Day

We love everything about Mediterranean food, its simple dishes, gutsy flavours and hearty portions. It can sometimes be disappointing when we get home and try to recreate the dishes we have had in a little bistro or taverna at the edge of the beach or in a little mountain restaurant. Lesley has taken the trial and error out of it all and will show you how to get that authentic feel to your dishes. Dishes may include:
Polenta Bread
Brioche and Honey Galette
Duck with Warm Pomegranate, Puy Lentils and Orange Salad with Candied Walnuts
Beef Daube with Orange and Thyme
Celeriac and Potato Dauphinoise
Tapas Mussels with Sherry
Sicilian Tart
After you have cooked your exciting range of dishes you will sit down to an intimate lunch to enjoy the fruits of your labour. A relaxed and sociable day, perfect for anyone who simply loves good food.
10.30am - 3.30pm
