Lesley has created a wonderful Italian course that will teach you some fabulous dishes from Italy. Dishes may include but are not confirmed:
Poppy Seed Grissini
Sweet Pea Risotto Balls with Basil Pesto and Roasted Plum Tomatoes
Fresh Parpadelle with Lemon and Basil Borlotti Beans
Chicken Saltimboca - Chicken wrapped in Parma Ham, Sage and Marinated in Olive Oil and Wine.
Polenta with Spinach and Parmesan
Tiramisu
Masala Roasted Peaches with Homemade Biscotti
All our days include a full recipe pack, lunch and a glass of wine.
