You will be in an exclusive group of no more than 4 guests and will be able to get up close and personal with Lesley.
This day would suit small family groups or groups of friends wishing to spend some quality time together whilst learning new skills. Also small corporate groups can be accommodated.
Join Lesley for the day and enjoy a selection of her favourite dishes from the region. Covering Italian, French, Greek and Spanish classics that you may have tried on your summer holidays, these flavourful rustic dishes are simply delicious and easy to reproduce in your own kitchen.

Portuguese polenta bread served with pimientos de Padrón and queso frito fried cheese with anchoiade and Provencal olives under oil.
Herby homemade pasta served with pistachio, sorrel butter and pecorino cheese.
Seabass baked in salt or marinated sardines served with roasted ratatouille.
Rose veal osso bucco served with smoked bacon lentils or rustic Catalan chicken with bitter chocolate.
Greek filo and feta spinach pie served with gazpacho shots.
Rosemary panna cotta.
Greek semolina cake served with saffron iced cream, honey blossom syrup and baked figs
