We just love homemade bread here at the school and there really is nothing like a handmade loaf. Lesley will show you how easy and rewarding it is to incorporate bread and pastry making into every day. She will also cover her favourite, instant chutneys and jams. Be inspired by her modern approach to this traditional craft. Learning to make your own bread has to be one of the most exciting discoveries in cooking.
We look at kneading, proving and shaping of yeast dough, how to whip up fabulous instant breads, how to create a beautifully fragrant foccacia loaf as well as many more delicious treats.
