Autumn Harvest Demonstration Day

Autumn brings an abundance of juicy ripe fruit from the hedgerows, wild woodland mushrooms, orange fleshed squashes and the best of British apples, pears and plums. Shorter days and darker nights give us the excuse we need to indulge in heart warming dishes that can be used for entertaining during the autumn.
This day is packed full of recipe ideas to fuel your kitchen with British produce so sit back and relax whist Lesley demonstrates her favourite Autumn feasts.
Your day includes a sit down lunch, glass of wine and a full recipe pack.
