Would you like to join Lesley in her own farmhouse kitchen for a very special cookery demonstration? We are blessed with amazing seafood along the south coast of Dorset and so we like to celebrate it by serving it cooked to perfection with delicious accompaniments.
In groups of no more than 12 guests, Lesley will entertain you with an 'up close and personal' demo. This cook day in Lesley’s home, includes the chance to experience and taste some of Lesley's favourite new dishes whilst learning new skills and picking up professional tips and tricks.

This cook day is perfect if you are in need of some inspiration and ideas for entertaining and cooking for family and friends. Lesley will always offer advice on different ways to liven up your dishes and really impress your guests.
Are you looking for an original group activity?
We also recommend this day for small groups of friends or colleagues and it is a unique and relaxed option for entertaining special clients and contacts.
What to expect?
The day begins at 11am with a welcome coffee and chat with Lesley and your fellow guests in Lesley's farmhouse kitchen and is followed by an entertaining and inspirational demo by Lesley and her team. The day is rounded off with a delicious lunch where you will enjoy all of the dishes demonstrated by Lesley and a glass of wine, which Lesley will have chosen especially to accompany the main dish served. At 2pm we say our goodbyes and you will leave with a full recipe pack containing all of the dishes that Lesley has prepared on the day.
But more than that, you will leave feeling inspired and entertained and ready to try all of the dishes at home.

Crab fritters with avocado and grapefruit salsa
Vodka cerviche
Whole roasted salmon trout with courgette and Serrano ham served with a parsley veloute
Gremolata scallops served on butternut hummus with locally smoked black pudding
