Celebrating the great British Summer, Lesley will take you through some wonderful ideas for outdoor entertaining and release the true diva or divo in you. Whether it be a posh picnic, Summer BBQ or just wonderful ideas for eating outdoors.
The course will include fabulous marinades, sumptuous salads, tempting tapas and fantastic mains for the diva in you. No hot dogs here - just great ideas for the great outdoors.
All courses include a full lunch and recipe pack.
