Homemade Naan Bread

1. Preheat the grill to a medium setting.
2. Place the flour in a bowl and mix in the mustard seeds, salt and plenty of black pepper. Stir in the yoghurt and mix well to form a soft dough.
3. Divide the dough into four and using your hands press out each piece into a rough oval approx. 1/2cm (1/4 inch) thick.
4. Transfer to a non-stick baking tray dusted with a little flour and grill for approx. 3 minutes each side until puffed and golden.
5. Brush each immediately with a little butter and serve at once.

- 150mls (5floz) natural yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons brown mustard seeds, dry roasted
