A gorgeous course for the Spring. Lesley has introduced this new course as it showcases some of her very favourite dishes.

Dishes may include:

Beef Daube served with Garlic Aioli Mash

Duck Egg Omelette with Pistou Roquefort and Bacon Lardon and Endive Salad

Black Olive and Spinach Provencal Tart

Bouillabaisse with Pepper Rouille

Chocolate and Vanilla Prune Tart

Rillettes served on Walnut Bread

Coeur A La Crème with Plum Compote

This gorgeous hands on course will teach you these impressive dishes that you can recreate at home time and time again.

All courses include lunch, a glass of wine and a full recipe pack.
