Spring Demonstration Day

Come and be inspired with an array of gorgeous Springtime treats for you to entertain your friends and family!

Lesley will be demonstrating the following dishes, which you will enjoy during your grand tasting at the end of the demonstration: These may vary on the day.

Baked Poussin with Orange and Chorizo baked Rice served with fig and smoked garlic alioil

Whole Baked Salmon wrapped with air cured ham and stuffed with wild garlic pesto served with roasted beet and potato salad with sour cream dressing .

Easter Ham, Cheddar and Cider Fidget Pie

Bruschetta with Cannellini and Lemon butter with roasted asparagus and chilli oil

Warm Baked Cheese Savoury Custardís served with tapenade toasts and griddled asparagus for dipping

Smoked Chicken Roasted Artichoke Turkish Bread with a grainy mustard endive salad

Dark and White Chocolate Cardamon Friands served with jammy roasted rhubarb and orange cream

Semolina Pistachio Cake with honey syrup sauce and thick Greek yoghurt

Your day include a glass of fizz, lunch and a full recipe pack so you create all the gorgeous dishes back in your own kitchen.

All at £58 per person!

11am - 2pm
