Domestic Divas and Divos Spring Hands on Day

An exclusive opportunity to spend the day with Lesley in the kitchen, cooking with her favourite seasonal local produce. This is seasonal cooking at it's best.

Using ingredients that are fresh and readily available has always been at the centre of Lesley's cooking philosophy. You will cook an exciting range of dishes before sitting down to an intimate lunch to enjoy the fruits of your labour. A relaxed and sociable day, perfect for anyone who simply loves good food.

Springtime in Dorset definitely means spring lamb, asparagus and rhubarb, and these will feature along with many other delicious and inspirational dishes:
