Christmas Feasts Hands on Day

Entertaining family and friends over the festive season can be a daunting experience, but on this day we aim to show you how to make Christmas an event that you too can enjoy.

Using ingredients that are fresh and readily available has always been at the centre of Lesley's cooking philosophy.

You will cook an exciting range of festive dishes before sitting down to an intimate lunch to enjoy the fruits of your labour. A relaxed and sociable day, perfect for anyone who simply loves good food.


Dishes may include:

Griddled clementines and stilton platter

OR

Luxury chicken liver pate served with balsamic pears

Tapenade Cookies topped with hot smoked salmon

Cider glazed apple ham with watercress salad and crispy shallots


Pheasant and Cranberry ragout served on spiced croutes with celeriac and pear mash

OR

Raised duck pie with apple and walnut chutney

Sour cherry and chocolate gallette

Lime and Coconut treacle tart with ginger iced cream

LW Instant Christmas Pudding

OR

LW Luxury Stollen
